Mark Dean-Evans - Founder

Xlteq was set up in 2007 by Mark. Previously he founded and was a director of international data analysis and reporting group data2impact.

Prior to that Mark was Head of Analytical Services for McKinsey & Company in London. His team provided database and spreadsheet support to engagement teams.

Paul Dean - Director

Joined Xlteq in 2013. Previously Paul has worked in the employee benefit arena and business services sector. Prior to that he founded a sales recruitment organisation specialising in head hunting and senior sales and marketing recruitment.
