Once you are ready to move forward with your Excel or Access project we will arrange a kick of meeting. During this meeting we will review the proposal and agree a detailed specification, as well as outlining a project plan. Projects are always iterative and your consultant will schedule regular reviews to ensure successful progress and agree a testing program.
Once your model is completed we will deploy it to your local environment for further testing and training.
When the Access database or Excel spreadsheet is finished and fully installed the first month of support is free. This first month will ensure that any unforeseen bugs can be resolved in a live situation. After this time most clients take advantage of our ongoing support agreement.
